Hello! My main account was hacked and someone changed the email to it so I cannot sign in. I have blizzard authenticator and they still managed to hack me somehow. The name on the account wasnt a real name when I made it so I can’t use and ID in the ticket to prove its mine, but I can show proof that my card was used for purchases last year on the account. Please help!
You will need to create a new battle.net account, raise a ticket and reference the hacked account.
If the hacked account has a fake name (like mickey mouse etc) they may accept it, but you will need to provide ownership.

They do NOTHING about it at all. I had a ticket opened, no resolution, and the ticket was closed. It appalling how they treat these cases
