I have Sanguine, Murk eye , Captain Sander Brann Drakkari and Charlga , Sander turned all the of them gold but Charlga did not trigger during the end of turn.
If Sandar turned Charlga golden then it must have interrupted the end-of-turn effect since the golden Charlga appeared on the board during the end of turn phase, thus it was not counted.
Unfortunate but not much you can do.
but what happened with the golden Drakkari , 3 end of turn effect also interrupted that was really unfortunate 
Depends on the placement as it resolves from left to right. I would speculate that Captain Golden should have been in first position to trigger first i.e to covert minions to Golden.
