I have been playing battlegrounds duo frequently for years. I live in DK and never had an issue with battlegrounds game latency, but around 3-4 months ago the game servers started being slow, response time from actions become longer lag was found between phase change. I have played on same setup for 3 years with no lag issues, until lately. I have another friend which I duo with that has the same issue, and the response lags are simultaneous for both of us. I can confirm i do not have any lag related issue connecting with the game server. It is all internal lag. I hope you can resolve the issue, because it is really punishing playing in late game, when a lot of cards are played by a lot of players.

Also from DK, my friend and I have been having the exact same issues the past few weeks/months. And after this most recent update, normal BG has also begun lagging

I’m experiencing the same issue as mentioned by OP. Also from Denmark. The lag is unfortunately so bad, that it is practically unplayable. When I get towards the end of the game, the actions can take 2 to 4 seconds~ before I can take another action. It practically makes it unplayable. Appears to be internal lag as previously mentioned.
Network: Fiber 1000/1000 connection. No issues with any other application. Tried different VPNs to see if routing could be an issue. It is not.
The issue can be replicated across different devices, on different networks.

I’m physically located in Asia (Vietnam), but since I’m Dutch I started playing on Europe and I still am. Surprisingly, I never had very much problems with lag.. meaning, a 0.5 to 1.0 second delay between any action was normal for me out here, but recently it’s gone to 0.5 to 7.5 seconds. It’s literally unplayable. It’s not anything on my end, because I’m on fiber with great ping (trust me, I’ve checked over and over again).
Please, at the very least, make your game playable. Banning elementals is worthless if people can’t play them anyway.

Never ever found anything from them about tackling the issue.
