Bug report: silent disconnects on mobile client

Can only tell that I’ve experienced and still am experiencing this problem for quite some time now. It didn’t happen for months when I started playing (just when rastakhan rumble expansion got released). Then, like two seasons ago iirc, it started. What seems to be a normal turn turned out to be the issue you described. The ui is working fine - I can hover my cards, hear the ‘I’m wondering’ remark of my opponent and play around with the interactive objects at the edges of the board. Thing is: nothing happens apart from that. No warning. Silent disconnect seems like a fitting term for this issue. Hopefully this issue will get resolved in the next update.

fingers crossed it gets fixed soon.
but Im not sure blizzard is even working on it was waiting for a reply for a while on my post.

Bump.

This happens to me a lot lately, on android (LGG4). Super annoying, makes it very dubious to run arena or ranked when on mobile. As if it wasnt bad already. :frowning:

Also happening to me a lot on Android client. I’ve been losing multiple games because of this issue (arena is where it bothers me the most), so I’m strongly considering just quitting the game until it is resolved. Unacceptable bug, and the lack of official response for 2 months and counting is concerning.

Same here AND thats worse it happens not only on mobile but on my PC too. First it’s hardly any connection problem from my side - 99% games I play have 0 connection issues and that 1% is hearthstone. Is it fun to be winning ranked match and then see opponent win with no effort because game partially disconnects? NO! It doesn’t even totally disconnect - more like freezes! It is not an acceptable bug . (Maybe even hack since in doesn’t happen when it’s my turn -always then it’s opponent’s).

Holy F. This is freaking ridiculous, back after 1-2 years of not playing. Spend a fortune to catch up with the meta (in cards), only to get these weird silent disconnects? This is completely unacceptable. Happening on 2 computers (desktop and laptop) as well as on my android device. As mentioned before ALWAYS on the opponent’s turn.
