Cannot reach to main menu

I returned back from a long absence. Now whenever I try to login, I ended up the greyed out main screen with no visible menu. Only friends and gold tab visible.

Same thing here, on mobile and PC. Tried the usual things, but nothing, read 2-3 posts about this bug but still no answer.

I am posting here as instructed by Game Master Lierinessa, who informed me that my issue requires the attention of the dedicated technical team.

The Problem:
My Hearthstone account is completely unable to log into the Europe server. When I try to connect, the game gets stuck forever on the loading screen (the pulsing Hearthstone logo) And I can hear the sound of buttons being pressed (only in the middle).

Important Background Context:
This account was compromised years ago, and I have only recently managed to fully recover it and regain control. Looking at the account history, the unauthorized users were active on it as recently as 1 and 4 years ago, making purchases. Immediately after recovering my account, I found myself completely locked out of the Europe region. It is highly likely that the hacker’s activity triggered a severe security lock, or caused a database corruption/profile desync on the EU server side during the ownership conflicts.

Important Details:

  1. It is account-specific, NOT device-specific: The issue occurs on ALL my devices (PC, Android, iOS) and across different internet networks.

  2. Other accounts work fine: I can log into other Hearthstone accounts from these exact same devices and networks without any issues.

  3. Other regions work fine: I can log into the Americas and Asia regions on this account perfectly. Only the Europe region, where the main progress and hacker activity took place, is completely broken.

Customer support confirmed they do not have the database tools to remove this deep server-side profile lock/corruption and directed me to this forum.

Please, could a technical specialist look into my EU profile database, check for any background security flags or corrupted player states from the compromise period, and force-reset my account state?

Same issue here on EU server. My ticket was forwarded to the forum by GM Lierinessa, who confirmed customer support cannot fix this server-side database desync. We need developers to look into this mass issue asap
