So I was just getting equipment unlocks done for new mercs and went to switch out a team member for the next run and hearthstone crashed. Reloaded, tried again, crashed. Literally every time I try to access collection through main mercs screen or from the bounty menu it crashes instantly.
I tried wiping the hearthstone cache, no change.
Everything else works fine btw, I can start a bounty and do whatever as long as I use already setup teams…
So then I figured I could get around it by loading it up on mobile and changing the teams there.
NOPE. Can’t even load mercenaries on mobile. Hangs after pressing the button on the main hearthstone menu and returns the error ‘We encountered an error when loading this menu. Please try again’.
I know this mode is unstable at the best of times but this is ridiculous.
I’ve tried searching for a solution but no luck so far, anyone got any ideas?
