Since the last patch I can’t access the game on NA, not having that issue on Europe and Asia. It happens on both PC and mobile, getting the timeout screen after 1-2 minutes. Weird thing is that I can play on NA if I use 4G/LTE on mobile, but not wifi.
Already tried all the recommendations from Connection Problems section (restarted router, refreshed IP, flushed DNS, ran Repair Tool, deleted Battlenet cache, etc) with no solutions.
EDIT: The message I get from the timeout screen is HS:CT;NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollection=0;NetCacheCardValues=1
