Can't claim reward track hero card

I’ve reached level 100 on the reward track but can’t claim a new hero card. I’m selecting the card I want, then clicking claim and confirm, but then nothing happens and the card isn’t being added to my collection.

I’ve tried on Android and also on desktop device

I also have the same problem , I’ve reached lvl 111 and I still cant claim it , I hope I don’t lose when they start a new tavern quest

Same issue. It’s been weeks and I can’t claim the hero skin reward. Answers??

Same here!!! No matter which i pick!!! And the lvl up after that doesn’t provide the 50 gold.

Same here. Have tried to do it for two weeks as of now, but no skin

same here. What if blizzard just waits so when the event is done they can just ignore all the hero skin pickups…
