Can't login after game crash

Can’t login into the game after some unexpected crash
I got Xor’toth, Breaker of Stars from Time-Lost Glaive (dh’s 2/2 1 mana weapon), and after playing him the game just closed (right before him I played Axe of Cenarius, but I dont think it mattered)
Now after logging in it says “You were disconnected from your last game. Reconnecting…”, and it has been happening for 2 hours already. Tried everything: reboot, vpn, many relogins - nothing helped. My connection is fine

Quit. Problem solved.

I have same issue , i tried contacting GM and he wrote me this :

I can certainly understand how frustrating it is to be stuck on that “Reconnecting” screen for over 24 hours. Seeing that you have already gone through the heavy lifting of reinstalling, clearing your cache, and even testing different devices and networks, it is clear you have done everything in your power to get back into the game.

I’ve looked into your situation, and it appears you have run into a known issue where a game session becomes “ghosted” or stuck on our server side. While I wish I could manually reset that session for you right now, this particular hitch is something our developers are currently tackling. They are working their best to fix the underlying cause as soon as possible to get players like you back to your decks.

For now, we advise trying to log in again a bit later once the developers have had more time to clear these stuck states. We truly appreciate your patience while we get the tavern doors back open for you.”*

I guess we’ll just have to wait… who knows for how long. :melting_face:

UPDATE: I was able to resolve the issue on my own. I uninstalled Hearthstone from my mobile device, and after reinstalling it initially offered only “switch accounts” even though my account was detected. I linked my account to Google via Battle.net, and in the mobile app I cleared storage and cache. After that, I was able to log in successfully. The game prompted me to download the solo adventure I hadn’t installed yet, and once it finished, I reached the main menu. I can now play normally on both mobile and PC.
