Whenever I try to play Dalaran Heist, regardless of which character I pick (I have only unlocked Mage, Shaman and Hunter), the hero powers that I can choose from are only from the class that I last played on. For example, on normal, I can only choose from Shaman hero powers when I press hunter, whereas on heroic, I can only click on mage hero powers.

Same bug, i have unlocked and mastered all, just playing for the quest which popped out today. It’s not just hero power, you are stuck with the last hero/class you played, hero power, deck and potrait.
after the update/patch same thing is happing to me and hope fix and will not work on phone. i buy the full pack for Dalaran Heist.
