Doesn't enter the game HS: NGRESULT DB ERROR: 303: 0

this is kinda stupid no response from blizzard, we just wait i donated a lot for hearhtstone and we wont be compensated.This is really stupid and i dont see this bug going to be fixed anytime soon

for me it started after i purchased the mini-set for 2000g

I am able to login now, after 3 days of this problem. Hope it doesn’t happen again.

Working here as well. Could we have a bluepost explaining how if its fixed? Are we safe to do the duel quest? Or do we risk getting the same issue?

The same problem, only in a slightly different form. There is no error message. My game reaches the menu, but less than 30 fps (maybe about 15, the feeling that I started the game on an ancient or old built-in video card) and:

  • none of the buttons works (HS, BG, Mercenaries, the “Modes” buttons simply do not exist);
  • the “my collection” button does not work;
  • the friends menu works, but shows “0” and no friends list or information about me (rank);
  • there are no “shop” and “diary” buttons;
  • the “open sets” button does not work;
  • shows the correct amount of gold;
  • at the entrance shows the current daily and quest;
  • the music of the menu is playing;
  • the “Settings” button fully works with the exit from the game

If you can post links to image servers here, I can send a link to a screenshot of the menu here.

The problem is only in the EU-region, in NA everything is fine, but there is no collection there.

Not the best English translation from Russian, but I hope this will help Blizzard quickly find the problem and fix it!
P.S. For the first time after the update, everything worked, stopped working since yesterday!

Update: Problem solved! I started a game on my phone, everything worked there. I completely cleared the game cache and Battle.net and the game is working again! It seems that these were all the same problems. It’s strange that on NA everything worked without clearing the cache. I hope the rest will soon decide everything :slight_smile:

I don’t get the same error code, but since downloading the new update I can hardly log on. And if I get on I get kicked off within a minute. Get a faulty message about spirits wrecking hearthstone or something along those lines.

But the problem happens both on my computer and on my mobile phone. And I have tried restarting my computer, deleting and re installing both hearthstone and the battlenet app.
Still no dice.
