My little brother account e-mail was changed during sleep.
He’s still in my friend list.
When he created his account he was young and use a made up name so he can’t get it back via ID cards, but we have info about his hearthstone collection or his real money spending on the account.

Please direct your brother to this page for more info about what to do next: Account Hacked. From there they can submit a ticket as well, using the “I don’t know my Blizzard account email” option.
Make sure they include their ID in any case and explain the situation in the ticket and we may still be able to help recover the account.
Yeah right submit a ticket, there should be a dam phone number to call even during covid. Like support peeps can’t work from home. Bunch of crao if u ask me.
