Why don’t you post the deck you’re playing? We can help you improve it.
Reaching legend these days is so so easy. Just play the most broken deck like naga priest and you will get there. And for god sake, don’t play wild. It is for noobs. Only standard and as I said choose one of the best 2 decks, watch a streamer and play it. For a week you are a legend. By the way, an aggro druid is also a good option. To bottom legend, you literally can smash the opponents.
blizzard rig this game against the pro playaz like me
I love playing Wild as well.
I built a Questline Secret Rogue in Wild, I built a Sinrunner Hunter in Wild, I like Wild Questline Casino Mage, and Secret Mage. Casino Mage is not great by any stretch, but it strikes gold sometimes
I’m already at Legend. I just wanted to help the user above me.
I just think maybe he’s missing some good competitive cards;
I would have happily donated some of my in-game Gold to people who like to play Hearthstone but are struggling to get where they want to be, because I know it can be frustrating if you just don’t have the cards.
Looks like Blizzard is implementing Loaner decks, or something which goes in the direction of keeping returning and new players competitive with the rest of the player base.
We’ll see how it goes.
Ok guys, got the D5. It was my mistake, I trusted in my previous tactic too hard… changed it… D5. Thank you.
I tried to build a Jailer / Kazakusan Paladin deck and right away got a Kazakusan Priest enemy with all the destroy cards they just recieved by the event… haven’t seen one for months… but now I got one rightaway I created such deck… no the game is not anailizing your deck… it is just bad luck… YEAH OF COURSE! I will believe that… coudn’t reach D5 durring the whole month, only the last day… and now… new month, got D10 in 5 days and have no chane for D5 again… I can’t believe in this game anymore… not a bit… like I said… there are no cheaters in this game, the cheat is the game itself… we call it MM… I won’t play the whole month for the D5 again without any chance for above again… flush your MM system on the toilet… thanks… I had enough of this time waisting.
So an archetype that you haven’t scene in ages, just got several cards added to it to buff it and your surprised to have then faced one “out of the blue”?
Do you not see the contradiction in your own reasoning as to why facing that deck right now makes sense?
Keep at it. Diamond 10 is where the real test begins as your win streak bonus diminishes.
Personally, I don’t care about ranking per se. It just happens that you reach Legend if you’re playing a strong competitive deck.
I see sometimes people complaining about going against strong opponents upon reaching 7000 ranking in Battlegrounds. When was the last time I was anywhere near that? I’m just playing for fun, comfortably sitting at 5161.
It’s nice that people are trying to break a record, but come on, once you’re reached the top of the skyscraper, the only direction you’ll be going is down.
For many months… I could reach Diamond 5 in 5-8 days every month… but can’t anymore… These are the facts and I start to hate it because of that… Diamond 5 was a basic rank for me for a long time… thats it… I feel the MM unbalanced more and more… mainly because the stupid hand manipulation…
If you want to get to Legend just for the achievement, try the following:
start playing on another server(for instance, American), you’ll get to pick a Loaner deck.
I recommend Beasts of the Deep because Hunter is extremely powerful.
Stick with it until you reach Legend.
Also, it feels to me as though you’re pushing yourself too hard, stressing over stuff.
Why is it so important to reach Diamond 5 in a week? You have until the end of the month.
It’s actually been statistically proven that it’s much easier to reach Legend during the last two weeks of the season. That’s when the less hardcore players are competing.
Thanks Sasha but I don’t want to reach Legendary just for the achievement or the card back… I want to reach it by a fair balance… but that will never happen as far as I see… I am frustrated if I can’t reach Diamond 5 in one week because I worked hard for that rank. If I manage to reach it only at the last week or day… then won’t have time to play in that league enough to reach higher again… So it is simple, if I can’t reach Diamond 5 in time then can’t test myself for higher again… because won’t have enough time. And feel my results decrased. I always just try my best and creating my own decks… this is the way I can enjoy the game.
I think the problem is that you’re very unlikely to reach Legend with your own deck, save for changing several cards. While there are many cards, there are only finite possibilities of making them into a competitive deck.
The most competitive decks are those that reach Legend every month; they all boast about 55-60% winrate.
The reason they’re popularized is because they helped people(streamers and casual players) to reach Legend.
It’s unlikely that someone just built a deck no one has ever tried before and reached Legend. And if someone did that, then this deck would most certainly be published on some top decklist site in due time after getting good feedback
Questline Priest, however, is a deck with very flexible composition rules as there’s a good variety of different high value cards in all mana categories.
You would be suprised if I would show you some Paladin decks which allowed me to reach D5 in 5 days and even D2-D1 sometimes. The problem was always the balance… Paladin had no option for recycling the same powerful cards effectively 3-5 times like other classes had / have… That is the only reason why I couldn’t reach Legendary with Paladin. But I want… that is the problem… I want to defeat the impossible… and thats how I managed to build such decks and strategies. That is the only way I can enjoy the game… by building my own decks with my own tricks. I am not even using a deck tracker.
I was thinking about to change to Quest Priest but… don’t want to create so many Legendary cards before the next expansion… and it would take me weeks to get the hang of it for real… I think… I rather save my dust for later and stick with Paladin which I chosed to master.
You know what format is ripe for experimentation: Duels. It’s actually really fun, and you can play Casual Duels without having to spend Gold.Try it. It’s a blast, and there are so many heroes to choose from!
Questline Priest is in my humble opinion the funnest Priest deck on the ladder. There are many ways you can build it. The strength is not even in the quest itself(though that helps to beat attrition decks and provides a draw engine), but in the value of the cards themselves.
All the cards give card advantage or ensure board control.
