Fixed the problem, thanks tech support, so i had to search forum after forum hours of reading workarounds till finally i read somewhere (mods could have shed some light on it but cool, no one here ever even meantioned it) that gpu tuning programs might affect the game for some reason since everything else its fine, sounded like a long shot considering i didnt install anything recently and the game had worked till this latest patch but still i disabled the OMEN command center that came with the laptop and voila done…funny thing if i launch the app mid game it imediately disconnects (like WTF is this conflict bs).
So for people experiencing similiar issues 2 suggestions:
1 - Dont expect a response to your support tickets any day soon (im still waiting on mine)
2 - Disable any kind of software that can monitor or tweak your hardware even if its not third party and it came with the machine from factory.
