Good News for the HS

Microsoft’s $68.7 billion deal to acquire Activision Blizzard has been approved by EU regulators just weeks after UK regulators blocked the acquisition. The European Commission has concluded that the deal can pass thanks to commitments from Microsoft related to cloud gaming.

I hope everything will be better.

One has to keep in mind that due to the size of the deal, it has to be reviewed by multiple governmental authorities for anti-trust issues. Currently the US and UK both rejected the deal, with China, South Korea, New Zealand & Australia still to go through that process.

Here are the case registers for New Zealand and Australia respectively:

I hope the problems will be resolved soon and an agreement will be reached. i hope Microsoft comes.I hope we get rid of the current design team.
