Rommath it not say target choose random.
So it should target enemy only.
Last turn I play he and he put THREE arcane bolt on my face and I die.
I not want to build up a win condition car then play she then she kill me.
Pls fix this car so he only target enemy.

Not true. Rommath simply recasts the spells, the spells themselves have their own targeting rules and so can hit whatever is allowed. Including Arcane Bolts hitting your own face.
It is true that Rommath does not say that it selects random targets.
However, it also does not say that it targets enemies only (as e.g. Rune of the Archmage does say).
The card is as far as I know working as intended.
I do agree that it would have been better to explicitly mention the random targeting.
No he must buff, only target enemy or he is bad car
