Hello guys, I just reached lvl 100 today but I can’t claim my reward ( hero skin ), I tried to logout and login but the same issue , what Should I do ?!

I had the same problem but was able to get the skin 2 days before when the game asked me to pick one. If i remember well the caracter what you decided to have the new skin also have to be at lvl 50, when you reach the lvl 100. That is why was not able to activate mine as well earlier.
Its solved with the update , I got the skin
