After the new update, when I was completing a Heroic Niru mission, the summoned units is invisible. This applies to both PC and mobile games. Additionally, the phone doesn’t display the portraits of allies and enemies correctly when selecting the mission.

Encountered the same problem. Portrets won’t load. And summons don’t show up, depending on the character. Game doesn’t recognise the summons either, it’s not only not showing them but also not counting them as summoned. Some battle animations don’t play either. Makes the mode unplayable for some character en team builds

same problem - cannot use summoning abilities , they are invisible. There used to be GMs back in WoW and solved the issue via chat, on the spot. Now what?

Same here, it’s a shame. It makes Mercenaries basically unplayable. Spent like 3k gold on them in last 2 weeks T_T

Good job, Blizzard. After three weeks, you’ve fixed the issue with displaying allied and enemy portraits. As I understand it, we’ll have to wait another three weeks or more to fix the invisible unit issue?
