Missing Pre-Purchase Legendary Rewards + No Resolution After Multiple Tickets

Hi everyone,

I’m posting this here because I’ve been dealing with an unresolved issue for over a month now, and support has not been able to fix it.

Here’s the situation:

After purchasing the Cataclysm pre-purchase bundle, I was supposed to receive:

  • 1 Golden Legendary
  • 1 Signature Legendary

These rewards are supposed to be granted automatically upon purchase. I never received them.

On top of that, after buying the bundle, I also claimed the additional rewards in the shop:

  • 2 extra Legendary cards

These were successfully claimed, but I never received those either.

So in total, I am missing:

  • 1 Golden Legendary
  • 1 Signature Legendary
  • 2 additional Legendary cards

I have contacted support multiple times over the past month. The responses I received state that the rewards were “not claimed”, which does not make sense:

  • The pre-purchase rewards are automatic
  • The additional rewards were already claimed

Support also mentioned they do not have the tools to assist further, which leaves me stuck after paying for content I never received.

At this point, I’m looking for:

  • Confirmation if others experienced the same issue
  • Any advice on how to escalate this properly
  • Or if a Blizzard representative can take a closer look

I would really appreciate any help or visibility on this.
