Puzzled about this dust thing?

I just wonder… It said I received something like 4800 dust when I logged in… I was being skeptical so I checked my dust, and it didn’t show up… I’ve read online that there IS such a thing as the dust for a sort of compensation… so is it a thing or not and if not, then why dangle fake dust in front of players’ eyes?

Not angry just confused…

I saw Zeddy’s video on Youtube about that… but I didn’t get anything… I don’t know is that only for US, or it’s happends for Europe too…
