meanwhile these streamers get to use BG battlepass… wonder why they are so ‘good’
someone needs to escalate this since they are not providing any support

I had the same issue as you. Guaranteed fix: Get a vpn. Then get yourself connected to USA, Canada, UK or Germany. And voila. You are in the store.
I know Blizz is too slow to solve this issue. Thumbs down but at least we have a bypass for now

Also playing from the Netherands and unable to enter arena because of shop closed.
VPN from US worked as a bypass, but before trying that I was trying VPN from Japan and Brazil and both had shop closed as well.

At least blizzard could make a announcement with the issue. They dont even care!
They should gave at least something nice for the trouble, but they dont care about that either i guess
Blizzard adressed they are aware of the situation with an X post that they are working on a hotfix for shop and performance issues.
But when? Seems we have to wait for a while I guess.
