Same here, didn´t get the “free” hero because of it. It seems they don ´t know how to fix it either…
EDIT: Got the hero, shop open again 5/22/20
same here in greece (i play in pc windows 10) and no one from support team tell us something. i try to contact with support team but nothing. great job blizzard.
Shop and arena are disabled for like 2 weeks now I didn’t even get nemsy both arena and shop went out at the same time after the free nemsy patch I made like 3 tickets but no response
