I tried to contact blizzard yesterday about an ongoing issue I’ve had on two accounts now.
My main account stop being able to launch Hearthstone on my old system and I thought that it might be the laptop at fault. I bought a new laptop, the account worked and hearthstone launched, but only for about a week where I care across the same issue upon launch.
Recently I tried a second account and the game launched successfully on this new laptop, the same one that I was facing launch issues with on my main account. It’s this that makes me believe it is not a system issue but an account one.
I have purchased a lot of packs and even preordered the ashes of Outland expansion on this secondary account which has now began with the same unsuccessful launch issue where I am left at the tavern doors. Is this going to stop me from playing the game altogether? I certainly feel like I have wasted a lot of money on content that as it stands I wont get to experience
