Alright, thanks a million for the clarification. You could try and create a new admin account to see if you are able then to create an MSInfo, but if that doesn’t work, there is not much we can do because as it seems, there is an issue with your laptop itself.

I just reinstalled w8.1 and now i can send report MSinfo, but the size is too big. Fortunately reinstalling w8.1 again fixed a bug. Thanks for help.
