Unable to purchase arena runs with money

Hi,

I am not able to buy arena runs with Blizzard Balance (Or any real-life currency at all). Whenever I try to open up the box for buying a run with real money, the blue pop-up screen comes up, stays for a few seconds and minimizes itself afterwards, without giving me an option to do anything.

I have been speaking to support through tickets. Sadly all offered solutions did not help my case. The failed solutions were (From memory)

  1. Remove all 3rd party overlay programs ( HSDeckTracker, Nahimic Sound stuff)
  2. Check PC for corrupted files and repair them, both through the regular check and through a terminal command.
  3. Reinstall hearthstone as a whole.

This kind of bugs me, since even though I suck at arena, I really enjoy it the most and I am willing to put a fair bit of money into it. If you need anything else, please let me know.

Also, is there a reason why we can’t buy arena runs in the webshop?
