I have had this issue for so long but i never realized it until i remember how this game was in its early years. I noticed that movement and perhaps abilities (i cant tell yet) have a 1-2 second delay in everything outside of the “try” mode which in there the game feels snappy and responsive. I read up on it and i heard it was a server issue but i would love a set fix for this.

Thanks for letting us know of this issue, from your description of the situation it seems that this might be a connection issue since the “Try” mode is offline.
I would start by suggesting that you try to perform these connection troubleshooting steps:
Should you still have issues after performing these steps you can always reply back to this post and provide a WinMTR test or a Pathing so we can try to see what may be affecting your connection.

Hello. I seem to be having the same issue. Started today as i got a 1-1.5 second delay on any actions. Tried doing the stuff from your recommendations 9if i did it right) but doesnt seem to change
