The patch 46.1 says that Chen lvl13 talent “Touch of Honey” slow was increased from 15% to 20% but in-game “A Touch of Honey” still says 15%
- His Celerity lvl16 talent has correct text according to patch (armor increase 15->20)
Also noticed that patch notes for Rehgar says Tidal Waves is a lvl 4 talent instead of lvl13
- It also says his Totemic Projection was moved from lvl4 to lvl7, but in-game it is still lvl4
