Sadly it is the only way to get around the forced 50% win rate match making rules in place.

Not to mention how a 5man straightup bypasses the character matchup system whereas normally abathur for examble will only match against a character from the same category. Mediv for examble.
So in reality they can get a solid group with an actual tank not a bruiser assasin for frontline, something the random group has to deal with and obviously loose with.
They are commies, that’s all. Not banning trollpicking and feeding players in your team, and throwing full GML stacks against you is their priority. They only care about cosmetic items, because Kotick don’t have enough money lol.
