For some reason after coming back from having to internet for 3 months all of my data from like 4-5 years ago is just gone. all the stuff I paid for and the stats are all gone. it does not even show the 100 heroes pack I got in 2017 that it still shows in my purchase history.

Do not worry this usually happens only cause you logged in a different account and not the one where you originally played the game. We can help you find your old Heroes of the Storm license but you will need to submit a ticket to our support here.
