My entire account progress (heroes, levels, currency, skins) has been erased or something. I last logged in sometime last year.
I tried resetting/relogging/redownloading and tried with the launcher as well, none of this worked. I’ve seen posts like this before, and want to make clear that this must be the account i used for it since i bought ingame currencty and my account purchase history still has it listed as purchased.
