Today I connected to HOTS and found that I have lost all my characters and all the collectibles (skins, horses, announcers…).
The only characters I can play are the ones free this week.
Could you help me with this?

The issue seems to be solved, I just had to wait 12 hours. (I think it could come from the last update (maintenance))
