She has insane push, insane escape, insane range, insane damage…
Sorry if I am wrong, it’s my observation in-game.
That’s QM and non draft games for you.
Some heroes like Hammer and Valeera can just go on an endless rampage with no opposition if you got unlucky and have no heroes who counter them.
But in Draft they are rarely a problem or even picked at all.

Mages usually counter Hammer pretty good. Also try to aproach Hammer unseen/ under cover of terrain so she cant hit you right away.
If a friend struggles against Hammer, go help him. If you are not the one to go then cover your friends lane.
You could also try to bait Hammers knockback so you can then approach unimpeded.
