Brigitte from OW

Hey everyone, my name is Marco and since the HOTS team has been halved I wanted to help you.
In this case I wish to create three Overwatch heroes, one per role, and here there is the first one: Brigitte, as a healer hero.

I think the idea of Brigitte had to stay close to Uther, as she goes in and stay in teamfight as the paladin from Warcraft. So the basic is to let the trait from overwatch as for all her abilities, focusing her engage and punishment of bad position.
Let’s get started.

Trait - Rocket Flail

When hitting enemy Heroic targets Brigitte spreads an aura of healing nearby her. Every allied Hero in the area recover 20 health per second. The area is active for 5 second and does not stack.

Q - Repair Pack
Mana: 35
Cooldown: 6 seconds per charge
Charges: 3
(Target allied hero, not Brigitte)

Heal the target overtime. Heal the target by 210 overtime. Any excessive healing is converted in shield, up to a maximum of 90. This shield persists for 3 seconds.

W - Whip Shot
Mana: 60
Cooldown: 10 seconds
(skillshot knockback)

Inflicts 82 damage to enemies in a line. If it hits an enemy Hero the attack stops and the target is pushed away, receiving 30 additional damage and activating Rocket Flail.

E - Barrier Shield
Mana: 20
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Brigitte shields herself, gaining 220 shield and 10 armor, but slows herself by 10% for 2 seconds. During this time she can reactivate the ability to dash in a direction, stunning the first enemy Hero hit for 0,5 seconds and damaging it for 55 damage.
If the shield is persist for the full duration and the ability is not reactivated the cooldown is set to 2 seconds.

R1 - Rally
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 80 seconds

Instantly activates Rocket Flail giving allied Heroes in the area 10% bonus movement speed. The effect lasts 10 seconds.

R2 - Multi-pack
Mana: 100
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Instantly use an untalented version of Repair Pack to all allied Heroes nearby, including yourself.

Level 1 Talents

Passive (Quest): Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes grant 1 stack. Every 5 stack increases Attack Damage by 2, up to a maximum of 20. (!) When you reach 50 stacks your Basic Attack splashes damaging nearby enemies.

W (Quest): Hit enemy Heroes to earn stacks. Every stack increases the damage by 3, up to a maximum of 45. (!) When you reach 15 stacks, the first enemy Hero hit is also stunned for 0.2 seconds.

Q: While the shield persists the targetted ally has 10 armor.

Level 4 Talents

E: No longer slows your movement speed during E.

E: If you stun an enemy Hero the armor bonus persist for 2 seconds.

Passive: after using an ability your next Basic Attack will deal 15% increased damage.

Level 7 Talents

Q: healing a stunned, rooted or silenced Hero makes him unstoppable for 1 second.

Trait: while the trait is active all movement impairing effects have their duration reduced by 30% on you.

W: if you succesfully hit an enemy Hero it has the movement speed reduced by 20% for 2 seconds.

Level 13 Talents

E: increases the shield amount by 15%.

W: you can hit all enemy Heroes in the line.

Trait: if the effect is mantained for more than 12 seconds its healing effect is increased by 10%.

Level 16 Talents

W: the first enemy hero hit takes additional damage equal to 5% of its maximum health.

Passive: you gain 5 permanent armor. This armor is added to any other armor you gain from other abilities or effects.

Q: you instantly heal the target for 5% of missing health.

Level 20 Talents

R1: increases to 15% movement speed bonus and decreases the cooldown by 30 seconds.

R2: use talented version of Q, but its cooldown is set to 45 seconds.

Trait: the effect can stack up to 3 times.

E: if you are reduced to less then 20% health remaining your E cooldown instantly reset and you activate your trait.
