Can't install the game HotS

Hello,

im writing again about issue im having already for some time
Error Code: BLZBNTAGT00000BB8
I can’t install Heroes of the Storm
I used to have it installed, then in one of the updates it corrupted i guess and i was unable to proceed with update so i repaired files, didnt work, i reinstalled game, didnt work, cuz now instead of install its showing update game, i reinstalled battlenet, didnt work, i was trying the steps that are attached to this problem, they didnt work either.
I ran the diagnostics, cuz i saw it was required sometimes, so i can attach the file.
This happened to me like a year back i guess, but since nobody really gave me here any solution, i gave up on it, but then after a year i decided to solve this.

Could you please post a DXDiag and MSInfo here? If the data is too big to be posted on the forum directly, you can use a page like pastebin.com and post the link to it here then.
