Yesterday I got disconnected from a game and by the time I got back my hero was dead and enemy team was finishing the core, so I didn’t even had the opportunity to play (move). I got into a new game and there I couldn’t move. I could use my abilities, pick talents, use chat, mount on/off and all that stuff. I tried rejoining after I was kicked out for being afk and I still couldn’t move. Then I exited the game completely and rejoined again and again I couldn’t move. I tried restarting my computer, reseting in-game options and deleting Variables.txt like one old post said, but nothing worked.

I don’t think that my connection is the problem here since I can join the game, chat etc…

Various connections need to be build up when being ingame, different ones for the login, the ingame shop etc. Please also check that all needed ports are configured.
