So I click the big “Play” button, and after what I think is 10 minutes of waiting every time, the game opens, and stays in a black screen. Someone help please.
EDIT: The game opens after like 45 minutes of waiting. I have no idea why.

Make sure to do the Advanced Troubleshooting steps also.
I did try everything there, everything except reinstalling the game. I’ll try that.
