Cant reconnect to the game unless i restart it

Hi ,i keep disconnected from the game like in every 4 or 5 of my games, then it wont reconnect me again, the only solution is ether to restart heroes of the storm then it will take like 4 min to get back to the game,
or I use these two commands ipconfig /release , ipconfig /renew it will get me back after 1 min maybe, but it wont let join the party voice chat at all,
this problem start like 1 year ago but I really need to find solution, in additional to that, it use to happen to me when i was playing overwatch ,
but works fine when i play crucible and Valorant, and yes my internet is still working in the time of disconnection, thanks in advance

I just can’t think of a reason why

Hey man i have the same problem and i’d like to find a solution to this it’s really annoying and makes the game unplayable and i’d like you to tell me how do you use your ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew what is that ?
