Hey–
Whenever I open a loot chest, I can see that items are added to my collection and those items adding to the number in my collection (say the original number is 130, and I got 4 items after a loot chest to make it 134). When I log back in, however, those items are no longer there and I am back to 130 items in my collection.
This has been going on for at least a week, maybe even longer. Is this normal? Do i need to fix my account?
New player here and couldn’t find answers to similar topics on the forum. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
