Does anyone know how to actually get in touch with Blizzard for the complaints?
It’s fairly clear that my complaints are nothing new (with regards to bots, trolls and feeders) but it’s also clear that Blizzard no longer care about this game or it’s fan base. Even their feedback system makes that perfectly clear, relegating their fans to an online forum where we can be safely ignored. I used to truly love this company, but now it’s clear they’re only interested in money.
I’ve just uninstalled it because it’s now so fundamentally un-enjoyable for those of us who don’t want to get involved with a league or a team.
I know they won’t care even when I contact them, but just wondering if anyone has an email address or some such.
