Constant disconnect for over a year

#1

Basically the title - I have constant disconnects, that wont reconnect for over an year. Every day, few times a day, no particular hours - could be in the morning, or the night. Game freezes, and I get disconnect message, without reconnecting after that. I need to force close the game and start it again, to start reconnecting to the game. Voice chat is working fine while disconnected.
In that year I tried all the troubleshooting. After one of my posts here I was told that it was my ISP, so I get in touch with them, and after few checks they called me and explained that they have no problems or package loss in the route and the package loss they experiencing is coming after the signal exits their network and reaches an IP located in Netherlands.

I’m giving all the info I can, just please tell me where is the problem, because every one is cleaning their hands and telling me that this problem is not from them, and if it’s from me - what can I do about it.

This are several MTR statistics taken for a few days

Hello Akasha,

There is data loss and high response times at the hop I have quoted above. This is happening in your ISPs network. Please contact them with your data and ask them to look into this.

Kind regards
