I live in Belgium so the loot box rule is in effect, but now that you can buy them with gold isn’t it just a regular part from the game like any other?
So can it be enabled again?
I got all heroes and buying new heroes won’t be an issue since development is slowed down anyway.
I can’t do anything with my gold now.
I guess if anything it’s the act of opening loot boxes that encourages gambling, not just purchasing the loot boxes themselves. If you want a clear answer, you might have to just read the laws against it in Belgium.
Going back to the original post, it does say Paid loot boxes are an issue, not the opening.
It could really be just something forgotten in hindsight.
p.s. in the meantime you can check if u want any of the gold announcers or mounts that come up
