Eu high ping before i had 100 ish ping now i have 160 and i used to have 60ish on singapore server now i have 230 ping

What steps have you tried so far to fix this?

hello
i have tried installing a fresh windows
reinstalled the game
have tried gaming vpn
have done most of the trouble shooting i found on the website like release and flush dns for the ip address
nothing worked
is there anything i am missing that i can do or you guys can do from your end?

Heya,

Cheers for getting back to us. When checking your routing on the way to the EU servers, we are seeing a large increase of latency as you can see above. This is likely where the issue lies but would fall into your ISP’s domain.

It’s likely a charge in routing being applied by your ISP as it appears you may be being routed through the UK in order to reach the EU servers which would explain the increase in this regard.

WIthout the tests for you playing on the SEA servers, I cannot say for certain however it is possible that it may be for similar reasons.
