Sorry for the sassiness *, but like last year I have experienced a bug when completing the game laps. I expect each time a rare chest loot when completing it. Yet nothing i get nothing.

I haven’t completed a lap this year yet but I have completed over 10 last year and I always got the reward.
You could try to send a ticket to Blizzard support
