any idea how to fix it so I can play the game?

Use the scan and repair function using the battle.net launcher. Or reinstall…???

Yeah done both of those but no solution unfortunately

Most commonly, this means that another program (typically security related) has locked access to some required files.

If that fails, try deleting the ‘Heroes of the Storm’ folder in your Documents folder (%userprofile%\Documents\Heroes of the Storm).

I am having the same problem. I have reinstalled the game twice, checked and repaired the game files and tried launching while my antivirus is offline. I also have turned off onedrive from syncing my files. Nothing works.

its game bug game cant scan the files and you cant play the game now game needs to get updated

Hey as I try to launch the game it shuts down gives me an error code and says my files are damaged, is there a fix?
