Hi there,
As the title suggests, I’ve been experiencing frequent screen freezes, lag, and short disconnects to HOTS games since a month or so. I’ve tried all of the options in the Troubleshooting page, and I’ve also run two MTR tests (for both Europe IP addresses). I’ve added tem below.
I hope you can help me solve this problem!

I’m disappointed and confused I didn’t get a response whereas other, similar posts did seem to get some help.
For what it’s worth, the game is running smoothly again. What has changed since then? Who knows. Perhaps a Windows update (although there weren’t updates overdue when I posted this first) or the HOTS patch…
