Hello I Lost all my games on my blizzard account. I had Diablo 3, SC2 Kerrigan campains packs, and SC2 protos campains. I payed and played in the past. Now when I want to play the game asks me to buy again (Diablo only lets me play 1 act any all my heroes are gone). My old email account at *** removed for security reasons *** was hacked and I lost access to it permanently now I use *** removed for security reasons *** . My name in the blizzard SC2 app changed from GulDukat to Guldukagt. Is it possible that my oryginal account was taken over by hackers too? can you help? Thank You. Maciej
It sounds like you are playing on a different battle.net account from before.
If you reach out to the Support Team with the information you provided above they will be able to check into this and try to resolve the issue for you.
