Game in progress

game keeps telling me there is a game in progress but its over a long time ago, no one is responding to me , i feel like uninstalling and never playing any blizzard game again, service sucks

For this type of issue I would advise that you try to fully logout from the game and the Blizzard app. Then you should check that there are no processes like agent.exe, battle.net, blizzard, Heroes of the Storm still running.
Wait for a couple of minutes and then relaunch the app.
