So my friend got this problem, that after match there is a sign “defeat” on the screen and in match history no matter if we win or lose it always shows up…
What do we do?

I guess you could try to go into options and then select “Scan and Repair” and the game will search for errors on its own. Hope this helps!

Did you manage to resolve the issue with a scan and repair of your game client, as Slombeeper suggested? 
If you didn’t and the issue still occurs, please try also deleting your Blizzard app files & cache, then restart the app, wait for it to download any missing files, repair the game once again and see if the issue persists.
