HDD spike to 100% for 1-2 sec at specific times

I have experienced for a long time now that my HDD spike to 100% for 1-2 sec at specific times in QM it starts at 00:51 next time is 02:21 and so on. This only happens in HoTs and only happens in QM and brawl (spider tomb). Nothing is wrong on brawl (volskya) which makes me think it’s the game that is somehow broken. I did a clean install of windows and updated all drivers and such.

The game is always secretly writing and reading files to and from your C Drive

During these spikes they just do more of that
