As for your issue, would you be so kind as to try the steps highlighted in this article?
If nothing changes please open up a new thread for the problem, and also add there a copy of your msinfo and dxdiag diagnostic files.
You may want to upload them on an external site (eg. Pastebin) and then provide us with a link for them
